- Breaks will be 15 minutes for every
60 minute set and can be adjusted to suit the program if needed.
- Overtime past the standard 5-hr contract is $50 per musician per 1/2 hour.
- Parking fees will be reimbursed by the client on date of event.
- It is often customary to provide a meal for the musicians.
If this is not the case please let us know so that we can make other arrangements.
- Power supply must be within 25-50 ft of performance area.
- Please provide (2) chairs. Folding chairs are acceptable.
- Remaining balance is to be paid in full on date of event.
- Tips are not expected but very appreciated!
- Make all checks payable to Ernie Halter.
